摘    要:为解决航空条件下复杂外界环境对液晶显示器的各种干扰,本文设计了一种新型减反屏蔽膜系结构,将ITO透明导电膜层作为减反膜系中的一层,使膜系在达到减反效果的同时还具有屏蔽功能,大大降低了ITO作为屏蔽膜层单独使用时在可见光部分的剩余反射率。通过TFCalc光学膜系设计软件进行模拟.结果表明该膜系结构在可见光部分的剩余反射率明显下降,其中最优膜系的平均剩余反射率为0.43%,面电阻率达到11.8Ω/□,使得液晶显示器在航空环境条件下的工作性能有了显著提高。

Abstract:In order to enable the LCDs working steadily and reliably in the aerospace environment,we carried on a new design to produce anti-reflection film with ITO as a middle layer.Several different structures have been simulated by TFCalc software,the results show that the optical reflection of these structures in visible wave band decreasedobviously.In which,the mean optical reflectance of the best design structure is 0.43% ,while the sheet resistance is 11.8 Ω/口.It could making LCDs work performance in the aerospace environment improved significantly.
