| 摘 要： | 中国式的MBO是在国有企业改制，民营企业兴起的背景下产生的，存在着公平与效率等问题。以MBO形式改革的国有企业在理论和实践中都强调了效率，而往往会忽视了公平性问题。我们需要正确处理两者关系，实现MBO中的“强调效率，兼顾公平”。

| Abstract: | Chinese style MBO is generated along with the privatization, which appears in the situation with an incomplete law. As a consequence, it leads to a number of problems; one of the main problems is the fairness and efficiency. Actually, those state-owned enterprises in the form of MBO reform have a greater emphasis on efficiency both in theory and practice, but often ignore the issue of fairness. Therefore, it needs to correctly handle the relations between the two in order to achieve the MBO＇s ＂emphasis on efficiency, consideration to fairness.＂ |
