摘    要:聚合物水泥混凝土复合式路面是一种新型的路面结构形式。通过室内试验,研究了聚合物水泥混凝土(PCC)的力学性能、收缩性能以及抗渗、耐磨等性能,并与普通水泥混凝土进行性价比对比,评价了复合式路面的经济性。研究结果表明,随着聚合物掺量的增加,PCC在抗折强度提高的同时刚度降低,断裂性能上升,耐疲劳与抗冲击等动力学性能均有明显改善,抗渗、耐磨、抗腐蚀等性能也有大幅度提高。理论计算表明,PCC复合式路面的寿命明显高于普通水泥路面。

Abstract:Polymer Cement Concrete Composite Pavement(PCCCP) is a new pavement structure.The mechanical characters of PCC,such as drying shrinkage and anti-infiltration,abrasion resistance,is studied.The economic features of the PCCCP are analyzed by comparison with the normal cement concrete on the road performance and cost.The results show that: if the binder ratio of the polymer increase,the flexural strength and break energy of PCC would be enhanced,the rigidity reduce,the dynamics performances such as fatigue resistance and impact resistance also are remarkably improved,and the durabilities such as anti-infiltration,abrasion resistance,erosion resistance are improve obviously.It is known that the life of the PCCCP is much longer than the normal cement concrete pavement.5 tabs,8 figs,10 refs.
