固定化啤酒酵母细胞生物合成三磷酸腺苷(ATP)的研究

摘    要:用明胶包埋、戊二醛交联的方法制备固定化啤酒酵母细胞,方法简便、成本低廉、菌体包埋量大、机械性能好。初步考查用8%明胶溶液10毫升包埋15克湿菌体,1%戊二醛浸泡12分钟所制备的固定化细胞,在PH7.5、35℃、1mg/ml镁离子,6mg/mlAMP、1%葡萄糖、0.2M磷酸盐条件下,AMP转化为ATP的转化率最高。


STUDY on Biosynthesized ATP With Immobilized Cells of Saccharomyces Cerevisiae
Abstract:Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells with ability for inversion AMP into ATP has been immobilized by entraped in gelatin gel and then cross-linking with glutaraldehyde. This method is simple. The preparation is cheap cost. The amount of entraped cells is larger(cells of 15g/10ml 8% geltin gel), inverted ability of ATP is higher and the immobilized preparation has better intensity. After immobilization of cells, the optimum conditions for inversion of ATP have been explored as following: pH 7.0, 35C, 0.2M phosphate, 1% glueose, 6mg/ml AMP and 1mg/ml Mg++.
