From the theoretical angle of systematology,this article is to approac the process of how to control the select ion of good midde-or-long -distance runners.And from the point of view of physiology,psychology, health quality and shape of bodies,this article also goes further into the ways,on the basis of scientific methods and means of selecting suitable athletes,of directing trainers to choose excellent runners in order to train them at their earlg stage,shorten their periogs to become good athletes,and increase the rate of selection for good runners.
