螺旋藻糖蛋白的分离纯化及其性质研究

摘    要:采用新的分离工艺从螺旋藻中提取得到粗多糖,经环流泡沫分离去除蛋白和SephacrylS-100柱层析纯化后得到一种糖蛋白.经SephadexG-200和凝胶电泳证实所得的糖蛋白为均一组成;由SDS-PAGE测定分子量为130000;红外色谱呈现出典型的多糖吸收峰,含有α-型糖苷连接键;β-消去反应初步表明这是一种存在O-连接的糖蛋白.

Abstract:A glycoprotein was isolated from Chinese spirulina. Purification of this glycoprotein was accomplished by foam in a loop bubble column and gel chromatography on Sephacryl S100. The homogeneity of this glycoprotein was proven by gel filtration on Sephadex G200 and SDSPAGE. The molecular weight of the glycoprotein was {130 000}. Characterization of this glycoprotein by IR analysis showed the typical absorption of polysaccharide and indicated the presence of glycoside linkage. Elimination reaction demonstrated the existence of Oglycosidic linkage in this spirulina glycoprotein.
