200名藏族志愿者磺胺二甲嘧啶乙酰化代谢率分型测定

应用可见光光度计,测定了200名藏族健康志愿者一次口服磺胺二甲嘧啶Sulfadimidine]2g,4小时内尿样中乙酰化磺胺与末代谢磺胺二甲嘧啶比值。结果表明受试者磺胺二甲嘧啶乙酰化代谢具双态性。频数分布曲线有两个较明显的波峰,第一波峰在40～45％处,第二波峰在70～75％处。提示有两个亚群。因此,我们认为以55％为界分为快、慢两型为宜。凡SM_2乙酰化率小于55％者为慢型,60人(占30％),大于55％者为快型,140人(占70％)。

Detrmination of Acelylating Rate of Sulfamethazine on 200 Tibetan Healthy Volunteers

The determination of acelylating rate of sulfamethazine on 200 (male 163,female 37) Tibetan healthy volunteers was reported in this paper. The results showed that the distribution of sulfametbazme acelylating rate is nort normal one. The curve of frequency distr-bution has two obvious wave peaks. The first one is between 40-45% and the second ond is between 70-75%. The acelylating rate of surfamethazine lower than 55% is slow pattern and higher than 55% is fast pattern.
