| Abstract: | The quality of archivists affects the quality and level of the archival work directly. Only by enhancing the quality of archivists in all aspects can the sustainable, healthy and stable development of the archival work in the new period be further promoted. This paper analyzes the present situation of archivists＇ quality, and probes into the countermeasures for strengthening the quality construction of archivists. |
