小鼠冲胚效果与子宫内膜形态变化的组织学观察

本实验对５５例昆明小鼠用同等剂量的ＰＭＳＧ和ｈＣＧ注射，诱导其超排，在冲胚后取其子宫制作组织切片进行光镜下观察，其结果表明，有冲胚效果组中子宫腺腔数和子宫内膜微血管数量普遍高于无冲胚效果组。且当子宫内膜上皮呈高立方型时及子宫腺上皮呈高立方型和立方型时，在子宫腺腔数量上，两组差异显著，Ｐ〈０．０１（Ｐ〈０．０５）两组中子宫内膜微血管数与上皮形态变化曲线相似，而子宫腺腔数与上皮形态的关系，两组曲线变化

Study on Effect of Collecting-embryo and Histomorphology Change of Uterine Mucosa in mice

In this experiment, 55 mice were injected with the same doze of PMSG and hCG for superovulation. After collecting their embryos, the histomorphology change of their uterine Mucosa was observed under microscope. The result showed that the amount of uterine gland in the group with effectively collecting embryos in higher than the control one without collecting of embryos. There was the significant difference when the uterine mucosa epithelium in high-cuboidal style and the uterine gland epithelium in high-cuboidal style or cuboidal style.(P<0.01, 0.05) The change of two curves with micro-vessel was similar, but the change of uterine gland with two groups is different.
