Abstract:This paper deals with the measurement of the velocity of the wet steam two-phase flow by using the Laser Doppler Velocimeter (LDV). In the range of steam wetness from 0.90 to 0.997, the wet steam droplet has a good following characteristic, and it can precisely derive the state of the set steam flow without adding other radiate particles. It is proved that to use the method of laser measuring velocity in the wet steam two-phase flow is possible. And it has a wide application future.
