摘    要:采用分光光度法测定樱桃李的总黄酮,以芦丁为对照品.NaNO2-AlCl3-NaOH体系为显色剂,确定了提取总黄酮的适当溶剂、提取时间等条件,建立了芦丁浓度-吸光度关系的回归方程:A=0.02571+10.3010C,r=0.9879.平均回收率为96.09%,RSD为0.533 %.方法简单、重现性好,是一个可行的方法.

Abstract:The total flavanone in prunes divaricator was determined by spectrophotometry,the conditions for the extraction of total flavanone,such as the proper solvent and time experiment that took rutin as comparison,and the NaNO2-AlCl3-NaOH system as developer,and so on were optimized experimentally,the regression equation A=0.02571+10.3010C,r=0.9879.The average recovery is 96.09%,the coefficient of variation is 0.533%.The method is simply,its reproduction quality is good,and also it is a feasible method.
