中国文化传播对军队院校外训工作的影响

分析了中国文化传播在军队院校外训工作中的影响力和感召力,探讨了在培训全过程中应如何按照"传授知识、传播文化、增进友谊"的目标定位,并运用"学知识的同时学文化、学装备的同时学军事、学技能的同时学管理"的思路和措施,积极、主动地面向外训学员传播中国传统文化、军事文化和管理文化。

Influence of dissemination of Chinese culture to foreigner training in military academy

Abstract; This paper analyzes the influence and appeal power of disseminating Chinese culture to for- eigner training in military academy. How to set the objective of foreigner training following the princi- ples of imparting knowledge, disseminating culture and promoting friendship is discussed. The train- ing idea and methods, such as knowledge learning integrated with culture acquisition, equipment in- troduction integrated with military theory, and skill mastering integrated with management science, are put forward. During the training period, Chinese traditional culture, military culture and manage- ment culture should be spread to the foreigners forwardly.
