毛细管电泳泡状检测池的制备及性能考察

摘    要:采用局部成泡法自行制备毛细管电泳仪用泡状检测池。与普通圆柱形检测池相比,采用泡状池,检测信号可以提高6倍。对照讨论了泡状对电泳过程的影响。

Abstract:A series of home-made bubble cells with different sizes used for on-column UV absorption detector were studied. The bubble cell with 6 fold increase in pathlength provided 6 fold improvement in signal over that of the conventional cylindrical cell. The efficiency of the electrophoresis with bubble cell was evaluated and compared with the conventional cell.
