| Abstract: | A protonated Zn(II) complex with a terpyridine-containing pentaamine macrocycle catalyses ATP hydrolysis in the presence of a second metal ion, which acts as cofactor assisting the phosphoryl transfer from ATP to an amine group of the receptor. |
