摘    要:安全播出是广播电视播出的首要任务。如何防止恶意干扰、破坏以及插播行为,是DTMB系统需要面对的一个严峻问题。通过分析传输、覆盖、接收环节存在的安全隐患,提出一种有效的安全防插播方法。采用国产商用密码体系和防重放机制,对卫星UTC精准时间、紧急控制指令等信息加密和签名,生成可信时间戳信标,并在各环节对信标流进行信标验证、无线信标监测、安全中间件解密和验签等,判断播出节目流的合法性,及时对非法插播进行告警和阻断,从而有效保障信号传输与播出安全。

Abstract:Broadcasting securely is the number-one priority for broadcasting and television.How to prevent malicious interference,damage and insertion is a severe problem for DTMB system.By analyzing the hidden dangers in the transmission,coverage and receiving links,an effective safe anti-insertion method is proposed.The domestic commercial password system and anti-replay mechanism are used to encrypt and sign the satellite UTC accurate time and emergency control instructions and other information,and generate trusted timestamp beacons.Beacon verification,wireless beacon monitoring,security middleware decryption,and signature verification are done on the beacon stream in all links,so as to determine the legitimacy of the broadcast program stream,timely alert and block illegal inserts,thus ensuring signal transmission and broadcast safety effectively.
