摘    要:超顺纳米磁颗粒由于具有超顺磁性、单分散性好、磁饱和强度大、分离速度快等优点,不仅可以作为磁免疫亲和载体,而且可以作为磁信号传感元件和信号的放大系统,因此在生化分析领域中得到了广泛的应用。该文介绍了超顺纳米磁颗粒在分离纯化、生物传感器、免疫学检测、分子生物学等生化分析领域方面的最新研究进展,并对超顺纳米磁颗粒在生化分析领域中的应用潜力进行了展望。

Abstract:Superparamagnetic nanoparticles have been applied increasingly in biochemical analysis due to their super-paramagnetism,good monodispersity,strong magnetic saturation intensity and fast separation speed.They can be used not only as an ideal immune affinity carrier in magnetic separation,but also as a perfect magnetic signal and a signal amplification system in magnetic sensors.The up-dated applications of superparamagnetic nanoparticles in the fields of separation and purification,biosensor,immunodetection,molecular biology and microbiological assay were introduced in this review.The potential of the superparamagnetic nanoparticles in biochemical separation and analysis was also discussed.
