鲤鱼体表出血感染症的病原菌检验

对鲤鱼体表出血感染症病例进行了病原细菌方面的检验，从４尾发病鱼的皮肤病变部位及１尾新鲜病死鱼的皮肤病变部位与肝脏均分离到了几乎纯一的同种细菌。从每尾鱼的分离菌各做纯培养２株共１０株进行了鉴定，结果初步表明为嗜水气单胞菌（Ａｅｒｏｍｏｎａｓｈｙｄｒｏｐｈｉｌａ），经人工感染发病试验表明该菌为本例鲤鱼体表出血感染的病原菌。经测定对常用抗菌类药物的敏感性，结果分离菌株均对供试的链霉素等１１种高敏，对红霉素敏感，对青霉素等３种耐药

EXAMINE ON THE PATHOGENIC BACTERIA OF CARP BODY SURFACE HAEMORRHAGE INFECT

It is examined to the pathogenic bacteria of the case of carp body surface haemorrhage infect,we seperated almost single and same bacteria from the position in skin pathological changes and liver of four sick fishes and one fish that died just now.We developed two plant bacterium adding up to ten plant bacterium by using single device to the separated bacterium from every fish and appraise it.The result preliminarily showed that it is A.hydrophila. And the experiment of artificial infect showed that the bacteria is the pathogenic bacteria of the case of carp body surface haemorrhage infect.Through experimenting sensitivity to the antibiotic medicine which is usually used by people,the result is all the seperated bacterium have more sensitivity to the eleven medicines such as streptocoaus,and have sensitivity to erythromycin,and have less sensitivity to the other three medicines such as penicillin.
