摘    要:对于遭受随机媒质退化的成像,需要用统计方法和功率谱模型实施复原处理.首先探讨了统计模型的大气光学传递函数(OTF);其次,在等功率谱的假定下,用功率谱维纳(Wiener)滤波器进行复原处理;然后,使用局部统计算法作乘法性噪声滤波的复原,获得了满意的图像复原结果.

Abstract:Statistic approaches and power spectrum modeling are adopted to restore the images degraded by random medium. Atmospheric optical transfer function(OTF) based on statistic model is discussed first. And power spectrum Wiener filtering is used to proceed the restoration on the assumption that the power spectrum is equivalent. Finally, the local statistic algorithm is used to filter multiplicative noise. Both of these two methods can get satisfactory restoration results.
