摘 要: | 芳醛、5,5-甲基-1,3-环已二酮与乙酰乙酸乙酯或丙二酸亚异丙酯在醋酸铵存在下,用微波辐射一步合成了4-芳基-2,7,7-三甲-3-乙氧羰基-5-氧代-1,4,5,6,7,8-六氢喹啉和4-芳基-7,7-二甲基2,5-二氧代-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-八氢喹啉,反应在2~8min内完成,产率优良。

One step synthesis of 4-arylpolyhydroquinoline derivatives using microwave irradiation |

Abstract: | A series of 4-aryl-3-ethoxylcarbonyl-1,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydro -5-oxo-2, 7,7-trimethylquinoline and 4-aryl-7,7-dimethyl-2,5- dioxo-1,2,3,4,5,6, 7,8-octahydro-quinoline were synthesized by the reaction of aromatic aldehydes, dimedone, ammonium acetate, ethyl acetoacetate or meldrum's acid under microwave irradiation. The reactions were completed with in 2~ 8 min giving good yields of 5 or 6. |
