论述了海绵天然产物产业化的现状及其所面，临的供给量问题，针对这一问题国内外学者都提出了各自的解决方案．从化学合成、海绵资源合理捕捞、海绵的人工养殖、海绵细胞体外培养、共生微生物的培养以及转基因技术这6个方面进行了筒单的综述．提出运用大规模共生微生物发酵培养技术来解决这一问题的可行性．

Industrialization of Secondary Metabolites of Marine Sponges

Supplies of enough of sponge compounds for industrial or commercial use or even for extended tests to demonstrate safety of the compounds as a pharmacon is a major problem to overcome.There is increasing interest in biotechnololgical production of marine sponge biomass. The chemosynthesis, the harvesting of sponge, sponge culture, in vitro cell culture, the fostering of microbe in sponge microorganism symbiosis, gene engineering and different approaches to producing sponge biomass are reviewed.
