摘    要:本文提出用溶液法X荧光光谱测定沉积在镍基合金带上Nb3Sn成份比。在我低管压和管流的条件下采用二元比例法,铌锡荧光强度比与其重量比呈良好线性关系。铌锡薄层与合金基带的重量比,试液浓度,液槽中试样液面的高低等不影响铌锡的荧光强度比。方法的准确度和再现性,令人满意。

Abstract:A method for determination of Nb Sn composition on Nb 3Sn coated Ni base alloy ribbon by conversing the test samples into solution and X ray fluorescence spectrometry is reported.The curve of a lg lg plot of Nb Sn net intensity ratio vs.concentration ratio is linear in low X ray tube potential and current.The Nb Sn net intensity ratio is not related to the concentration ratio of Nb Sn and Ni base alloy ribbon,and the concentration and volume of test solution.The reproducibility and accuracy are satisfactory.
