| Abstract: | In this note, we present two stabilized approximating schemes for the Reissner Mindelin plate with the convergence rate independent of the thickness by using mixed finite elements. The first method lies in the introducing the perturbation of the local eigenvalue in the mixed Ritz variational formulations, and the other one employing the residual bubbles. |
