基于单压电变形镜的平顶光束整形研究

摘    要:针对光束整形问题, 本文提出了一个基于单压电变形镜的方法和相关的搜索算法, 用于整形出不同形状和不同尺寸的平顶光束. 利用随机并行梯度下降算法找到平顶光束整形所需的调制相位, 控制变形镜重构光斑对应的调制相位, 实现对不同形状、不同尺寸平顶光束的整形. 结果表明 所生成的圆形、方形平顶光束质量较高, 且对不同尺寸(0.25、0.30、0.35、0.40mm)的圆形、方形平顶光束均有较好的整形效果.

Abstract:For beam shaping problem, a unimorph deformable mirror method and a search algorithm are proposed to realize the shaping of flat-top beams in different shapes and sizes. The random parallel gradient descent algorithm is used to find the modulation phase required for flat-top beam shaping, and the deformable mirror is further controlled to reconstruct the corresponding modulation phase of the spot, which realizes the shaping of flat-top beams of different shapes and sizes. The experimental results show that the generated round and square flat-top beams are of high quality and have good shaping effects on round and square flat-top beams of different sizes (0.25, 0.30, 0.35, 0.40mm).
