摘    要:X射线荧光光谱分析技术(XRF)是元素分析的有效工具,其快速、无损、多元素同时测定的特性能满足稀土元素的分析需求,在地质、冶金等多个领域中发挥着十分重要的作用。21世纪以来,稀土产业以及二次资源再利用的发展使得XRF分析方法的同步研发得到重视。本文对近年X射线荧光光谱技术的发展,样品制备方法的完善,稀土分析方法的优化及其在组分、微区与形态的分析中的应用现状进行概述,旨在为XRF技术在稀土分析方面的发展及推广提供参考思路。

Abstract:X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF) is an effective tool for elemental analysis. Its fast, nondestructive and simultaneous determination of multiple elements can meet the analysis needs of rare earth elements. It plays a very important role in many fields such as geology, metallurgy and so on. Since the 21st century, the development of rare earth industry and the reuse of secondary resources has paid attention to the synchronous research and development of XRF analysis methods. This paper summarizes the development of X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy in recent years, the improvement of sample preparation methods, the optimization of rare earth analysis methods and its application in the analysis of composition, micro region distribution and species transformation, in order to provide reference ideas for the development and popularization of XRF technology in rare earth analysis.
