摘    要:本文从统计学角度提出有关全息计量原理的基本观点。认为:全息干涉计量中条纹在统计的意义上存在于计量场中,它是由变形前后二光场的系综干涉效应形成。根据这种观点,建立了变形信息分布的统计模型。该模型表明,变形信息在统计的意义上以余弦条纹的方式表征,该条纹的调制度由面内变形及记录系统参数联合决定。从信息的分布模型,导出了信息的可测条件。通过与传统结论及众所周知的实验现象的比较,间接证明了我们的结论。

Abstract:Statistical viewpoints about the principle of holographic interferometry are presented. We consider that the fringe exists in the sense of statistics and is formed by the ensemble coherence of the two wavefronts with one before and one after deformation. Based on these points, statistical distribution model for deformation information is established. It shows that the deformation information is represented in the form of cosine fringe statistically and the depth of modulation of the fringe is determined by both in-plane deformation and system parameters. From the model, the measurable condition of information is derived. By comparison with conventional results and well-known experimental phenomena, our results are verified indirectly.
