紧凑式回热器传热及流动特性

摘    要:本文以高紧凑度的锯齿形板翅式回热器为研究对象,建立导热-对流耦合传热问题的三维数学模型,并采用整体求解法在Re=200-2000的范围内进行数值离散和求解,得出速度场和温度场的分布,分析入口段以及交错翅片处强化传热的机理.

Abstract:A numerical simulation was conducted on the base of a three-dimensional model for compact recuperator with offset-strip-fin plate-fin surface. Convection coupled with conduction model was adopted to obtain the temperature and velocity fields in the recuperator with a range of Re=200-2000. Analysis was made for the flow and heat transfer entrance and also the mechanism of enhanced heat transfer for strip-fin plate-fin surface was discussed. The results were compared to references with good consistency.
