高速精密螺旋桨的动平衡与测试技术研究

摘    要:本文结合螺旋桨的动平衡实例.对高速旋转件的平衡方案制定、相关的技术要求、辅助工艺、平衡转速、精度和具体的平衡测试与技术进行了论述。配合工艺轴的实施,使高速螺旋桨的平衡达到技术要求。同时对平衡过程中产生的现象和问题及处理方法进行了讨论。

Abstract:A presision dynamic balance and its measuring technology for high speed spinning part is described with a practical example of propeller. The scheme planning of dynamic balance with its technical specification and a series of concrete problems such as auxiliary process, rotated speed at balance, and measuring technique with its accuracy, etc. are discussed. Conjugating with the practice of technic axle, the present method enables the balance of propeller to reach an identity of technical specifications. Some phenomena and questions happened during the balance test in conjunction with treatments are also discussed.
