| Abstract: | An analytical theory of the interaction of an injected monoenergetic electron flux with a strong ac electric field in two-barrier RTD structures with asymmetric barriers of finite height and width is constructed. Polarization currents are calculated, the electromagnetic radiation generation power is estimated. |
