| 摘 要： | 精神利益是以精神需要对象为实际内容的利益类别。是社会评价反映到主体人,给人以精神上享用,以名誉、尊重、信誉等方式回馈于人。从＂善＂的角度来看,精神利益类别应该有正当精神利益和非正当精神利益;从人的三重属性来看,精神利益的层次又可以分为个体精神利益、群体精神利益和类精神利益。

| Abstract: | Spiritual interest of the spiritual needs is targeted at the interest of the actual content type.Reflected in the social evaluation of people,it gives people mental enjoyment,honor,respect,credibility,and other feedback.From the interest and the ＂good＂ point of view,the spirit of the legitimate interest of the class should have the spirit of the spiritual interest and non-legitimate interest,from the triple attributes,and spiritual interest of the spirit level can be divided into individual interest,group interest and the spirit class of spiritual interest. |
