摘    要:无溶剂、无催化剂条件, 在NH4OAc存在下以查尔酮和1,3-二酮为原料, 高产率地合成1,4,5,6,7,8-六氢喹啉-5-酮衍生物. 该方法具有反应条件温和、操作简单和环境友好等优点. 并通过IR, 1H NMR, 元素分析和X衍射确证产物的结构.

Abstract:Under solvent-free conditions, synthesis of 1,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydroquinolin-5-one derivatives from chalcones and 1,3-cyclohexanedione in the presence of NH4OAc was carried out in excellent yields without using any catalysts. This method has the advantages of mild reaction conditions, simple protocol, and friendly environment. The structures of the products were confirmed on the basis of IR, 1H NMR spectra, elemental analysis, and that of 3b was additionally confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis.
