基于STC89C52的红外遥控智能太阳能热水器控制系统

摘    要:针对现在的太阳能热水器普遍存在如:电路复杂、成本较高、不具有防护功能、易引起管道冻裂、伴热带容易引起火灾、操作繁琐等的问题,文章设计了红外遥控太阳能控制系统,系统选用STC89C52作为系统主要中心处理器进行温度和水位的控制,采用ADC0832为双通道A/D芯片,外接DS1302时钟芯片和继电器执行电路。采用自动上水、自动排空、红外遥控等解决了目前存在的问题,实验证明此系统方案准确可行。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of solar energy water heater existed in current solar water heater, such as complex circuit, high cost, protection function, easy to occur pipeline cracking due to freezing, easy to cause fire due to heater-belt, and complicated operation, this paper designs an infrared remote control system for solar water heater, the system chooses STC89C52 as main central processor to control temperature and water level, and uses ADC0832 for dual channel A/D chip, externally connecting clock chip DS1302 and relay executive circuit. And some measures, such as automatic water-feeding, automatic emptying, infrared remote control, are adopted to solve the current problems. The experiment proves the feasibility of the system.
