佛山市食用菌产业的发展

摘    要:在新的形势推动下,佛山成为广东第三大城市,由于城市建设发展需要,部分农田受影响,这对城市居民蔬菜的供需存在矛盾。但随着居民对食用菌营养价值不断了解,以“菌代菜”食谱刚刚兴起。为了解决供需矛盾和满足佛山市民生活需要,佛山市应利用现有的资源,对农业产业结构进行优化组合,发展食用菌工厂化生产,培育食用菌生产龙头企业,加强食用菌产品深加工研究,大力发展珍稀食用品种,健全食用菌生产制度,完善制度支撑体系,把佛山市食用菌生产建成工厂化、集约型、加工自动化的新型生产基地及出口基地,同时解决部分人员就业问题。

Abstract:Foshan has become the third city of Guandong province. With the extension of the city construction, the area of field becomes smaller and smaller, and the vegetable provision encounters difficulty. Under this situation, the demand for edible fungi becomes larger. In order to meet the need for edible fungi, Foshan should make full use of the existing resources, optimize the industrial struction, and develope the edible fungi production. The following aspects should be paid more attention to: rearing large edible fungi enterprise, strengthening the research on the preserving and processing of edible fungi, searching for more rare edible fungi cultivars and improving the system for the edible fungi production.
