机械采油实验室测控系统的实现

摘    要:运用液压技术、传感器技术和计算机测量控制技术建成的“机械采油实验室”,能模拟石油开采过程中的井下环境,通过对模拟机械抽油机运动的控制以及对井下各种环境的控制过程,测量出抽油机的运动规律和机械出油量,以期研究机械采油环境和采油效率。该技术在石油工业应用中有着优良的前景;运用在线(on-line)方式修正控制参数,具有一定的准实时性,控制效果良好。通过比较几种运动规律下的采油效率,给提高实际采油效率提供参考方法。

Abstract:The hydraulic transfer, sensor and computer techniques are applied in the measuring and controlling system of mechanical recovery laboratory. The conditions of pumping well and well pumping u-nit in processing of mechanical recovery can be simulated in the laboratory. By controlling of the motion of the unit and the conditions of the well, the law of the motion of the unit and the oil production can be measured at the same time in order to study the conditons of mechanical recovery and the efficiency of oil production. The technique of computer controll and measurement has good applying prospects in the petroleum industry. Modifying the controlled parameters on line is near real-time and of good controlling results. The efficiencies of oil production under several motion laws of the unit are compared, which can supply a reference method for raising the efficiency of oil production
