| 摘 要： | 本文以印度高等教育发展为研究对象,分析印度高等教育发展的现实境况及其发展过程中出现的问题,如初等教育与高等教育发展失衡、人才外流、"文凭病"等,总结出印度高等教育发展的系列经验,即国家有目的、有计划发展教育;提供较多的财政资助;实行走读制,办学成本较低等。
