小学教师责任心和组织沉默归因相关研究

摘    要:小学教师的组织沉默影响着组织氛围和工作效率,了解小学教师组织沉默归因的影响因素,将有助于管理者更好地调整和实施管理行为。本研究假设小学教师责任心和组织沉默归因相关。本研究运用自编的小学教师组织沉默归因问卷和16PF有恒性分量表进行调查研究。研究结果表明,小学教师责任心与组织沉默归因相关。

Abstract:The organization silence of primary school teachers influences the organization environment and their working efficiency.Hence,such attribution helps administrators carry out and adjust their measures better.The study first asserts as a hypothesis that the teachers' sense of responsibility is related to the attribution of organization silence.This study employs a questionnaire regarding organization silence of primary school teachers and 16PF scale form stability,so that the result shows that the primary school teachers' sense of responsibility is concerned with the attribution of organization silence.
