| Abstract: | Conclusions The chloromethylation of diphenyl sulfide, thianthrene, and dibenzothiophene, respectively, gave 4,4 -bis(chloromethyl)diphenyl sulfide, 2,6-bis(chloromethyl)thianthrene, and 2,7-bis(chloromethyl)dibenzothiophene.Translated from Izvestiya Akademii Nauk SSSR, Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 12, pp. 2799–2801, December, 1976. |
