Limited GSMO CI and ESMO CI study of electronic transitions in FNO

Limited CI calculations of vertical excitation energies and oscillator strengths have been performed in the ground state molecular orbital basis set (GSMO) and the excited state ones (ESMO). The absorption and emission spectrum of FNO is rediscussed on the basis of these calculations. The relaxation energy of excited states and the convergence of the CI expansion in the GSMO and ESMO basis sets is discussed.
