Abstract: | When femtosecond laser irradiates materials, plasma with high electronic temperature and low lattice temperature will form due to very high laser power density. This plasma with high electronic temperature cannot exist stably, and it has a trend to expand. If the plasma inclusion is initialized, it will be confined by outer layers when it expands. In this paper, the energy conservation rule was used to analyze the mechanical evolution of inclusion of plasma explosion. An inequality for judging whether the film can be damaged has been deduced. |
