摘    要:根据二氧化硫气体在短波长光激发下能发射荧光的机理,研制了一种监测其含量的荧光光纤测量仪,仪器采用10 Hz脉冲驱动的氙灯作为激发光源,结合光纤传感和PIN PD技术,实现了对二氧化硫气体含量的在线测量.同时,改变仪器的某些参数如滤光片的中心波长等,还可以进行其他气体含量的测量.

Abstract:Based on the mechanism that sulfur dioxide can be stimulated to emit a fluorescence in the short wavelength, a fluorescent optical fiber instrument monitoring its concentration is developed. By adopting the xenon lamp driven by 10 Hz pulse as stimulating and using the technology of optical fiber sensing and PIN PD, the instrument can deal with the on-line measurement to the sulfur dioxide concentration. Meantime, as changed some parameters, such as center wavelength of the filter, etc., the instrument can measure other gas concentration.
