长沙国际文化人才基地建设之初探

Exploration of the Construction of International Cultural Talents Base in Changsha

Cultural talents are not only the inheritors and propagators of the culture, but also its creators; moreover, they are the core competitiveness of the city development. Changsha culture is rich and large numbers of outstanding people come forward in Changsha; its cultural industry is full of vigor and constructing famous international cultural city is becoming the common view and object of citi- zens in Changsha. This article elaborates new thoughts and measures of constructing international cultural talents base to promote the great development of Changsha culture from an international perspective, which is based on current situation of Changsha＇ s natural and cultural characteristics and the thriving experiences of great nations both in modern and ancient times, at home and abroad as well as the effects of talents clustering in the construction of the famous city Silicon Valley.
