摘    要:建立了1个描述1级改进的Scheibel萃取塔稳态传质过程的非平衡级模型,并采用庚烷一丙酮一水体系进行稳态传质实验以验证该模型.通过对不同条件下模型计算值与实验值的分析表明,在搅拌速度和两相总流量较低的情况下,使用该模型能准确地模拟1级改进的Scheibel萃取塔中的传质行为.

Abstract:The steady-state mass-transfer behavior of a one-stage modified Scheibel extraction column is modeled and simulated using a nonequilibrium stage model. Steady-state mass-transfer experiments are conducted, using the sys- tem n-heptane-propanol-water, to validate the model. The results indicate that when the rotor speed and the total flow rate of the two phase is low, the simulation model is accurate for prediction of the mass-transfer process.
