摘    要:报道了非离子型卟啉meso-四卟啉与脱氧核糖核酸的作用。在PH4.9-5.4范围内,DNA能与聚合态的THP作用,产生不规则的电子吸收光谱。但如果体系中含有30%(V/V)乙醇,DNA与THPP作用产生459.0nm和700.0nm两个新峰。

Abstract:In the present paper the interactions of a nonionic porphyrin-meso-tetrakis(4- hydroxyphenyl)porphine with deoxyribonucleic acids (DNAs) are reported. DNAs can inter- act with the aggregated species of the titled porphyrin in the pH range of 4. 9-5. 4 and give irregular electronic absorption spectra. Two new absorption bands with the peaks located at 459. 0 nm and 700. 0 nm can be observed if 30% (V/V) ethanol exists in the system. Based on the absorption band at 459. 0 nm, calf thymus DNA ranging 0. 2- 5. 0 mg/L and fish sperm DNA ranging 0. 2-6. 0 mg/L can be determined with good reproducibi1ity. The limit of determination for calf thymus DNA and fish sperm DNA is 0. 02 mg/L and 0. 03 mg/L re- spectively. No interference was found from more than l0 fold RNA. Determinations of DNA in four formulated samples are satisfactory.
