柱状田头菇生物学与栽培特性的研究

摘    要:本文探讨了柱状田头菇生物学特点及栽培特性.结果表明,柱状田头菇适宜在玉米粉蛋白胨培养基中生长;在pH7的环境中生长最理想;在以甘露糖为碳源或以谷氨酰胺为氮源的培养基中生长最好;选用0.1kg/L葡萄糖或0.001kg/L蛋白胨最有利于菌丝的生长;采用棉子壳麦麸黄豆粉培养料栽培,可提高子实体生物学效率;采用麦麸硫酸铵液体菌种栽培,可促进菌丝的生长,提早原基分化,能获得具有优良性状的子实体,而且产量较高.

Abstract:This paper reports on characteristics of biology and cultivation of Agrocybe cylindracea. The results indicate that the dry weight of mycelia was high in maize powder-protein peptone medium. The strain had good growth in pH7. As carbon source mannose can be used by the mycelia. Glutamine was suitable nitrogen source. 0.1kg/L glucose or 0.001kg/L protein peptone was optimum in concentration experiment.The biological efficiency was high in cottonseed shell-Wheat bran-soybean powder material. The mycelial growth was fast and primordium emerged earlier and big fruit-bodies were obtained and the yields were high When wheat bran-ammonium sulfuric acid liquid spawn was used.
