手工焊接的质量控制

摘    要:在批量少和品种多以及插件元器件和贴片元器件并存的情况下,在科研、返工和返修的过程,手工焊接能发挥其不可替代的作用.手工焊接与自动焊接相比,所需设备较简单,主要为烙铁,但焊接质量及一致性较难控制.结合工作实践,分析了手工焊接中因操作手法和工艺方法不当容易导致的缺陷,提出了减少缺陷的关键因素以及解决问题的措施,从而提高产品质量,减少产品返修率,提高生产效率.
