中央空调的节能控制优化

摘    要:提出了利用磁力耦合器来取代变频器,进而实现电机的软启动功能,其优势在于起动电流可以大幅度地降低,运行时所产生的噪音也会减少,控制简单,操作易行;能够平均每年节约电能35%以上,在负荷较低的情况下足以达到60%,实现了节能环保的目的。

Abstract:This paper presents the idea that replacing the transducer with compressor magnetic coupler to realize the control of soft start and soft stop which greatly reduces the starting current and running noise with simple control and easy operating. It can averagely save the energy more than 30% per year, even to 70% in the lower load condition that reach the purpose of energy conservation and environment protection.
