摘    要:研制了一种新型的四通道贴片式高速光电耦合器.介绍了该光电耦合器的结构、工作原理、参数设计、特点和参数曲线,并简述了其制作工艺.设计中采用独立腔体分隔技术,将四条光路完全从物理上分离,彻底杜绝多路光信号间相互干扰.该光电耦合器采用SOIC-16金属陶瓷管壳气密性封装,具有工作速度快、功耗低和体积小的特点.

Abstract:A new type of four-channel, surface mount and high speed optocoupler is manufactured. The circuit structure, operation principles, parameter design, characteristics and characteristic curve analysis are mainly introduced, and the manufacturing process is briefly described. Applying cavity separation technology, four light paths are separated physically, then the mutual interference of multi-signal will be prevented. The package type of this module applies ceramic metal 16-pin SOIC flat pack airproof package, realizing high-speed, low power consumption and small bulk.
