烟嘧磺隆废水的生物降解研究

摘    要:文章利用一株自筛的苏云金芽孢杆菌菌株ODPY对烟嘧磺隆废水及烟嘧磺隆生产中间体进行了降解研究.结果表明,菌株ODPY对烟嘧磺隆废水有一定的降解效果,其COD的去除率最大为23%,并且该菌株对烟嘧磺隆废水的降解中,对烟嘧磺隆中间体2-氯-N,N-二甲基烟酰胺、磺酰胺和磺酰胺甲酸酯的降解占据了重要地位,对这3种中间体的降解率分别为40.9%、71.5%和42.2%.

Abstract:A Bacillus thuringiensis strain ODPY was used to degrade nicosulfuron wastewater and its related intermediates.The results indicate that the strain ODPY could degrade nicosulfuron wastewater with a maximal chemical oxygen demand(COD) removal rate up to 23%.Additionally,the COD removal rate of nicosulfuron wastewater by the strain ODPY is based on the degradation of three intermediates including 2-chloro-N,N-dimethyl-nicotinamide,sulfonamide and sulfonamide ester with the maximal degradation efficiency being 40.9%,71.5% and 42.2% respectively.
