摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中黄芩甙含量。样品经乙醇-水(75+25)溶液萃取,用ZORBAX SB C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×25 cm,5μm)分离,用乙腈与磷酸(0.1+99.9)溶液以体积比22比78组成的混合溶液为流动相进行洗脱,在波长276 nm处检测。黄芩甙的质量浓度在100.0 mg.L-1以内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)为4.5 mg.kg-1。方法用于化妆品中黄芩甙的测定,加标回收率在76.8%~104.9%之间。

Abstract:HPLC was applied to the determinations of baicalin in cosmetics.The sample was extracted with alcohol-H2O(75+25) mixture.The solution was separated on ZORBAX SB C18 column(4.6 mm×25 cm,5 μm) with mixture of acetonitrile and 0.1%(by vol.) phosphoric acid solution mixed in the radio of(22+78),as mobile phase and its content determined at the wavelength of 276 nm.Linear relationship between the peak area and the mass concentration of baicalin was kept in the range within 100.0mg·L-1,with detection limit(3S/N)of 4.5 mg·kg-1.The proposed method was used in the determination of baicalin in cosmetics,and values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 76.8%-104.9%.
