Abstract: | We have developed methods of investigation of gas-discharge sources for spectral measurements, in particular, hollow-cathode lamps (HCL) operating in a pulsed regime of excitation. The operating conditions of the HCL have been analyzed and the parameters of the pulsed regime have been determined. The complex-values estimation of electric and radiating characteristics allow the pulsed regime of HCL to be optimized by the criterion of the maximum of the signal/noise ratio. |
