| 摘 要： | 通过比较4株白僵菌菌株的产孢量及其对油茶毒蛾的致病力，结果发现白僵菌菌株Bf08，B01，产孢量分别为（5．1±0．4）×10^8，（3．4±0．4）×10^8孢子／cm^2，接种油茶毒蛾后其巩。分别为5．64，6．62d，说明对这两个菌株油茶毒蛾的毒力很强，是可用于油茶毒蛾防治的优良白僵菌菌株。

| Abstract: | Sporulation of 4 Beauveria bassiana strains and their virulence against Euproctis pseudo- conspersa was compared, the results showed that sporulation of the strain of Bf08, B01 were （5.1± 0.4）×10^8, （3.4±0. 4） × 10^8 spores/cm^2 respectively. The larvae ofE. pseudoconspersa were inoculated with B. bassiana, the LT50 of Bf08, B01were 5.64,6.62 d respectively. That meant the two strain had strong violence to E. pseudoconspersa, whice could be served as biocontrol agent for E. pseudoconzpersa. |
